KPMM International offers its Clients a full service office to meet all their needs, whether Local, National or International.  In the past, search companies have relied primarily on advertising and data base searches to find higher and mid-level employees.  This approach falls short of what we provide our clients.  KPMM consultants apply the same search and selection techniques used to locate the C.E.O. of a major international firm to midlevel positions in smaller firms.  Our Consultants are trained individuals with experience in your field.

KPMM International Consultants speak with out Client firm's Decision Makers to complete a detailed 'Position Brief' describing exactly what the client seeks in a new employee.  This information ranges from Education, Professional Licensing, Work Experience and Skills,  Present Salary and Benefits, to Personality and Compatibility with the Client firm's Culture and Business Relationships, along with a willingness to Relocate, if required.   Extensive Interviews with the Candidates are undertaken to Evaluate their Skills and Abilities.  Their willingness to make a change in employment is also examined  to eliminate those who are only seeking to improve their present positions with their existing employers. 

We will only send you a limited number of candidates for your evaluation.  The candidates sent will be an accurate match to your requirements based upon your Position Brief.  If we cannot locate the exact person to meet your needs, we will let you know, immediately.

All Searches are conducted on an Individual basis.  Only one KPMM International Consultant will be in contact with you.

We Offer a GUARANTEE with each candidate we place with our client firms.  This is discussed in detail when we take a Job Brief from our Clients. 

Our Fees for searches are Contingency Fees.  If you do not select one of our candidates, you owe us nothing.  Our fee reflects the difficulty of the search and industry standards.  We also conduct the Standard Advertising and Retained searches performed by other firms, when our clients request us to do so.  Fees are agreed to prior to performing an Advertised or Retained search.
